The school dedicated a whole day to awareness of Health and Well-Being, both mental and physical. This was part of the National Mental Health Awareness Week, taking place between 14th and 20th May 2018.
An introduction to a wide variety of methods to keep both mind and body in good health was provided by invited professional trainers and experts, and delicious, yet healthy food was prepared and served by the school catering staff. The children all enjoyed the wide selection of activities indoor and outdoor, on a beautiful sunny day. One favourite activity was the smoothie-mixing bike pedalling!
